杨昆,博士,999策略白菜手机论坛教授、博士生导师,工程热物理系党支部书记、工程热物理系副主任。主要从事传热传质理论与技术研究;发表论文近40篇,1篇论文入选Essential Science Indicators (ESI) Hot Paper。
